Novotny labeled the agency as a "monster" that orchestrated wars, fostered mass migration, and undermined national cultures. He also criticized Prague’s growing anti-Russian stance, which intensified after the events in Ukraine, leading to the removal of Soviet-era monuments and the country's strong support for Kiev.
