Gaza’s casualties exceed fifty-four thousand

(MENAFN) Gaza's health authorities stated on Tuesday that the Palestinian casualties in Gaza have exceeded fifty-four thousand since the start of the clash of Hamas and Israel on 7th October, two years ago in 2023.

Health authorities stated in a news announcement that seventy-nine Palestinians were murdered and one hundred sixty-three civilians were harmed due to Israeli assaults on several zones of Gaza in the last day, and the authorities stressed that the numbers do not cover hospitals in the North Gaza Governorate because of the challenge to enter them.

The authorities pointed out that multiple of the killed and harmed are still under the ruins of destroyed buildings or on the streets, as continuous bombardment as well as the nonexistence of secure passages resume to continue to block the attempts of paramedic and civil defense crews.

Gaza is undergoing disastrous humanitarian circumstances in the middle of decaying safety circumstances as well as continuous army military attacks, as it makes it extremely difficult for aid operations and entrance to suffering civilians.
